SYMPTOM

Error 'There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR3' Occurs when Installing Small Business Manager

CAUSE

This particular error message may appear if you have zip drive installed on this particular workstation.

RESOLUTION

To get around this error you should see 3 options: Cancel, Try Again or Continue. Choose the option to Continue and the installation should install correctly.
