Sorting labels by employee Last Name

Issue Detail:

Sorting labels by Last Name will sort by First Name Steps to recreate: 1. Go to Reports | Human Resources | Miscellaneous. 2. Select any of the Labels reports (not zip). 3. Choose to sort by Last Name. 4. Print the labels to the screen or printer. Actual results: The labels sort by First Name. Expected results: The labels should be sorted by Last Name.
