When you try to close the fiscal year in General Ledger, you may receive the following error message:
Another user is posting. The year cannot be closed.
There are no batches and all users have exited Great Plains. Process Monitor shows no activity.
Move or rename the Batch Activity file (SY00800.* file) in your Dynamics SYSTEM folder.
