ITextDocument::Open method to load a Rich Text Format (.rtf) file into a rich edit
control. CAUSEThis problem occurs if the value of the CodePage parameter
is set to CP_UTF8. RESOLUTIONWindows Server 2003Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
