You cannot create a new connection to a Citrix ICA client in Windows Server 2003

SYMPTOMS

When you try to create a new connection to a Citrix ICA client through Terminal Services Configuration in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, only the TCP protocol is available as the transport type.

CAUSE

Terminal Services in Windows Server 2003 does not support NetBIOS, asynchronous transports, or remote connections over IPX/SPX.
