On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you open the Scheduled Tasks folder on your Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, this folder may contain items that cannot be identified. Specifically, these Scheduled Tasks folder items have no names, and the icons for these items represent unknown file types. Additionally, when you try to view the properties of the Scheduled Tasks folder, the Explorer.exe process may crash and the following events may be logged in the Application log: Event 1 Event Type: Error

CAUSEThis problem occurs in the following scenario:
