However, if the booking type is later changed from Proposed to Committed, and if everything is republished by using the Publish All command, e-mail notifications are sent to the resource. To generate an e-mail notification to the resource, you must select Republish Assignments and then verify that the Notify all affected resources via e-mail check box is selected. STATUSMicrosoft
