You cannot open or make a change to a Microsoft Office Visio 2003 drawing
that is located on a Web server that is running third-party portal software.
For example, when you try to open a Visio 2003 drawing that is located on a
Plumtree portal, a blank Web page appears in your browser.
This
problem occurs when Visio 2003 incorrectly encodes certain parts
of the URL.
How to obtain the hotfix
This issue is fixed in the Visio 2003 Hotfix Package that is dated October 21, 2004. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
