CAUSEThis problem occurs because Visio saves only the page of the Visio drawing that is currently in focus to CAD format. Visio does not support the conversion of the objects on a background page that is assigned to a foreground page when you save the foreground page to CAD format. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, save each page of your multi-page Visio drawing separately to a CAD file format.
