In Microsoft Visual C++ .NET 2003, an ActiveX control that is using the Resource Editor may call the OnObjectChanged event. This causes the UpdateData(TRUE) function to be called. When this behavior occurs, the COlePropertyPage:OnObjectsChanged method may call itself continuously.


A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
