SYMPTOMS

When a client browser that has cookies disabled opens the Login.asp page of a Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 site, the browser will display the Login.asp page instead of the expected Nocookie.asp page. However, Nocookie.asp will appear as the URL.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem occurs when Authfilter is enabled on a Commerce Server site. This problem only occurs when the Commerce Server site is running on Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5. To cause the Nocookie.asp page to appear correctly in the client browser, disable HTTP Keep-Alives or install this hotfix.
