SYMPTOMSWhen you try to visit a page of a Web site by using Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), you may be redirected to a different page, or the page may not open. Additionally, you may receive a message that is similar to the following: CAUSEThis behavior may occur when Internet Explorer blocks a pop-up window. Some Web sites redirect Internet Explorer to a different page if a pop-up window is blocked. RESOLUTIONYou can resolve this issue on a site-by-site basis. To resolve this issue for this Web site, follow these steps:
