Introduction

When you run a TRUNCATE TABLE statement, SQL Server should produce an Audit Object Permission event like with other data modification language (DML) statements, including insert statements, delete statements, and update statements. However, SQL Server builds that are earlier than the build that is included with this hotfix do not produce Audit Object Permission events.
