You cannot view the clip art or the media clip properties on the Clip Art on Office Online Web site

You cannot view the clip art or the media clip properties on the Clip Art on Office Online Web site.

This behavior may occur because of the pop-up blocker that is installed with Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) or because of a third-party pop-up blocker that is installed on your computer.

To work around this behavior, use one of the following methods that is appropriate for your situation.

Method 1: Configure the pop-up blocker that is installed with Windows XP SP2

If you are using the pop-up blocker that is installed with Windows XP SP2, configure the pop-up blocker to allow for pop-ups from the Clip Art on Office Online Web site.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
3. In the Address of Web site to allow box, type http://office.microsoft.com, and then click Add.
4. Click Close to close the Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog box.

Note The pop-up blocker feature is turned on by default in Windows XP SP2.

Method 2: Configure the third-party pop-up blocker

If you are using a third-party pop-up blocker, configure the pop-up blocker program to allow for pop-ups from the Clip Art on Office Online Web site.
