This Support WebCast discusses the steps to take when migrating from Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Judy MacCallum joined Microsoft in 1997. She works as a support engineer in Enterprise Messaging Support, and has supported Exchange 5.0 through Exchange 2003. She is currently focused on supporting Exchange migrations and planning deployments.

Kyle Lewallen joined Microsoft in February 2002. He works as a support engineer in Enterprise Messaging Support, and is currently focused on Microsoft Exchange administration and migration. Kyle has supported Exchange version 5.0 through Exchange Server 2003.

Judy and Kyle are joined by technical leads Dave Howe and Jonathan Runyan.
