On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you try to copy an enhanced metafile (EMF) image into a document in a program that uses the Windows metafile (WMF) format, the image may not be copied into the document. You experience this symptom if the following conditions are true:

Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
