In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, error messages for pipeline failures for a Receive Location are not entered in the event log. In the Health and Activity Tracking (HAT) tool, you receive these error messages with a generic "Authorization Failed" error message, regardless of what the actual error message is.
This problem occurs when you have the Receive Location marked as "Authentication Required".
