On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you print to a network print server, some printing features do not work correctly. For example, you experience one or more of the following symptoms:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Microsoft print architecture requires that that you set the default printer driver on the server to Print Processor. Some non-standard network
print providers cannot do this. Therefore, the print queue may spool the job as raw data and skip the Print Processor driver. When this happens, certain printer features do not work correctly.
