Resource Explorer displays the value of the CurrentTimeZone attribute in minutes in Systems Management Server 2003

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003, Resource Explorer does not display the value of the CurrentTimeZone attribute as a time zone, but as the number of minutes that the current time zone differs from Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). For example, if the current time zone is seven hours behind Coordinated Universal Time, the value of CurrentTimeZone is -420.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
