In Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003, Resource Explorer does not display the value of the CurrentTimeZone attribute as a time zone, but
as the number of minutes that the current time zone differs from Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). For example, if the current time zone is seven hours behind Coordinated Universal Time, the value of CurrentTimeZone is -420.
Microsoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
in the "Applies to" section.
