MCMS 2002 ActiveX control is not compliant with HTML 4.01
Authors who are members of the Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 Users group can modify a page. However, the HTML placeholder control displays a red "X" instead of the control and the content. Additionally, you cannot see the Author toolbar.Users who are members of the Content Management Server 2002 Administrators group do not have this problem. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
