This is the case when the following conditions are true:
CAUSEThis behavior occurs because Recover Deleted Items is disabled in Outlook 2003 when you use RPC over HTTP. RESOLUTIONAdd a registry entry to the Outlook client computer before you connect to the Exchange server.
