For example, the Paste option on the Edit menu in Word 2002 is not available. CAUSEThis issue may occur if you start Word 2002 after you copy the item. If you have the Works Suite Add-in for Microsoft Word installed, the Microsoft Windows clipboard is erased when you start Word 2002. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Start Word 2002 before you copy the itemTo prevent this issue when you copy and paste an item into Word 2002, start Word 2002 before you copy the item.Method 2: Remove the Works Suite Add-in for Microsoft WordTo prevent this issue if you do not want to start Word 2002 before you copy the item, remove the Works Suite Add-in in Word 2002.
