SYMPTOMS

When you try to create an audio CD or DVD by using the Create CD/DVD option in the My Music section, you cannot find the option to start the burn process on the Select Media page.

RESOLUTION

To start the burn process, follow these steps:
  1. After you select the media type on the Select Media page, click View CD to review the list of audio tracks that you want to copy to the CD or to the DVD.
  2. Click Burn CD/DVD.
