When you point to
Send To on the
File menu in Microsoft Office OneNote 2007 or Microsoft Office OneNote 2003, the
Send To menu is blank.
This issue may occur in OneNote 2007 if you do not have either of the following programs installed:
- Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
- Microsoft Office Word 2007
This issue may occur in OneNote 2003 if you do not have either of the following programs installed:
- Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
- Microsoft Office Word 2003
Note This issue may also occur if these programs are not configured correctly on your computer.
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
- If you do not have either Outlook or Word installed on your computer, install one of those programs.
Note You must have an e-mail program such as Outlook installed on your computer to send the OneNote document as part of an e-mail message.

You cannot use e-mail features in OneNote 2003 if you did not install Outlook 2003
- If you do have Outlook 2007 or Word 2007 installed on your computer, run the Detect and Repair feature. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Outlook 2007 or Word 2007.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click program_name Options.
- In the program_name Options dialog box, click Resources, and then click Diagnose next to office diagnostics.
- Click Continue.
- Click Run Diagnostics.
- If a problem is identified, Office Diagnostics may offer to run the repair process.
- If you do have Outlook 2003 or Word 2003 installed on your computer, run the Detect and Repair feature. To do this, start one of the programs. Then, on the Help menu, click Detect and Repair.
