FIX: You receive a "COMException" exception event message when you run an orchestration in BizTalk Server 2004

SYMPTOMS

When you run an orchestration in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, memory usage by the XLangHost process may increase until a failure occurs and the process recycles. You may receive an event message in the event log that is similar to the following:

Uncaught exception terminated service One2One.Orchestration1(b70100b9-b50f-1fbf-6cae-ccc711ec3ae5), instance aaf73b12-927b-4f30-bc62-f7c39431225c

Not enough storage is available to process this command.
