Article ID: 888005 - Last Review: September 8, 2006 - Revision: 2.2 Closing a Microsoft CRM task through Microsoft Outlook does not set the Actual End field on the task in Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook 1.2SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Sales for Outlook 1.2, when you use the CRM Task button on the Microsoft CRM Outlook toolbar to create a task, and close it using the Microsoft Outlook Tasks list, the Actual End field for this task in the Closed Activities list is blank and not populated. If you close the task in either the Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook through the Activities folder or in the Microsoft CRM Web application, the Actual End field is populated.
