The Resume dialog box appears when you try to start Live TV in Media Center 2005

INTRODUCTION

After you finish running Media Center Setup Wizard for Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, the Resume dialog box may display when you start Live TV for the first time.

After you run the Media Center Setup Wizard for Media Center 2005, you have the option to set up Media Center 2005 for optimal performance for your TV screen or display. When you finish this optimization process, and you then start Live TV, Media Center 2005 may display the Resume dialog box.

If you click OK, the Resume dialog box will disappear and Live TV will resume at the point where the Resume dialog box appeared.

To avoid seeing the Resume dialog box, you can quit and then restart Media Center 2005 before you try to run Live TV. Doing this will save your optimization choices and prevent the Resume dialog box from appearing.
