SYMPTOMS
When you click View the Tours in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager, you may receive the following error message:
Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Business Contact Manager\help\ConceptTours\checker.html'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
There was a problem sending the command to the program.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, click OK when you receive this error message. When you do, the View the Tours feature will work correctly.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
