Introduction

Issues that are fixed by this hotfix package

The following problem is fixed in this SQL Server 2000 hotfix package:

When you run an inner join query, you receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Msg 3628, Level 16, State 1
A floating point exception occurred in the user process. Current transaction is canceled
This exception can cause a Float Stack Check exception (0xC0000092) if you run the query again. This exception causes the query to quit and rolls back active transactions.
