After you modify the registry values for the
Safe Senders list in the junk e-mail filtering criteria in Microsoft Office, the changes do not appear in the
Safe Senders list.
To work around this problem, restart Outlook to see the changes that you made in the
Safe Senders list.
After you modify the junk e-mail filter lists, it takes 30 seconds for these settings to synchronize to the junk e-mail filters. Even though the changes that you made to the
Safe Senders list are in effect, they are not reflected in the junk e-mail filter lists until you restart Outlook.
