The location of the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector status bar changes when you restart Outlook

If you move the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector status bar, the status bar returns to its original position when you restart Microsoft Outlook.

Currently, the Outlook Connector status bar cannot be docked. Therefore, when you restart Outlook, the status bar returns to its original position, even after you have moved it.
