After you install this hotfix, follow the steps that are listed in the "More Information" section of this article to set the PPTForceFontEnum registry key and to activate the hotfix.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods. Method 1Close your PowerPoint 2002 presentation, and then reopen your presentation.Method 2Expand the Font box on the Formatting toolbar.Note Both of these methods cause the font information to be enumerated (refreshed) in PowerPoint 2002.
