In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, the HTTP receive adapter does not fully support Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Internet Server API (ISAPI) authentication filters for incoming messages.
ISAPI authentication filters require incoming messages to have the domain name in addition to the user name. Remote requests with basic authentication are not processed.
