On This PageSYMPTOMSThe Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 client push process does not install the Advanced Client on some SMS site servers. However, this symptom does not occur if the domain controller is assigned to the "PDC Emulator" operations master role (also known as flexible single master operations or FSMO). Additionally, one of the following errors appears in the Ccm.log file on the site server, where Computer is the computer name of the SMS site server: First attempt to copy file "C:\SMS\bin\I386\MobileClient.tcf" to
"\\Computer\admin$\system32\ccmsetup\MobileClient.tcf" failed (5) Access denied error, but can't get attributes for file (5) Copying file "C:\SMS\bin\I386\ccmsetup.exe" to "\\Computer\admin$\system32\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe" First attempt to copy file "C:\SMS\bin\I386\ccmsetup.exe" to "\\Computer\admin$\system32\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe" failed (5) Access denied error, but can't get attributes for file (5) Error copying files defined in the TCF file (5) TCF = C:\SMS\bin\I386\MobileClient.tcf Source Dir = C:\SMS Dest Dir = \\Computer\admin$\system32\ccmsetup Failed to install CCM Client Bootstrap component on client (5) Copying client files to \\Computer\admin$\system32\ccmsetup.
