An ActiveX control does not appear as you expect it to when you add the control to a form in InfoPath

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start InfoPath 2003.
2. On the File menu, click Design a Form.
3. In the Design a Form task pane, click New Blank Form.
4. In the Design Tasks task pane, click Controls, and then click Add or Remove Custom Controls.
5. In the Add or Remove Custom Controls dialog box, click Add.
6. Under Select a control in the Add Custom Control Wizard, click Microsoft Forms 2.0 OptionButton, and then click Next.
7. Click Next four times, and then click Finish.
8. Under Insert controls in the Controls task pane, click Microsoft Forms 2.0 OptionButton under Custom.
9. On the standard toolbar, click Preview Form. The OptionButton control appears as a red X.
