SYMPTOMSYou configure a document library in Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services to allow e-mail insertion. A user sends an e-mail message that contains an attached document to the public folder in Microsoft Exchange. You expect the attached document to be added to the e-mail-enabled document library in Windows SharePoint Services. However, the attached document is not added to the e-mail-enabled document library. Additionally, you experience the following symptoms:
CAUSEThis issue occurs if the UrlScan security tool is running on the Exchange computer, and the UrlScan security tool blocks the X-MS-ENUMATTS verb. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, modify the Urlscan.ini file so that the UrlScan security tool allows the X-MS-ENUMATTS verb.

When you link a document library in Windows SharePoint Services with a public folder that is stored in Exchange, documents that are attached to e-mail messages in the public folder can be automatically inserted into the document library.
