Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue:

• 892403  (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892403/ ) Users can still add content to a Web site in Windows SharePoint Services even after the storage quota limit for the Web site collection is reached

This problem was first corrected in Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2.
