When you try to use Microsoft Outlook to copy or move a folder between an Exchange primary e-mail account mailbox and an Outlook.com secondary e-mail account mailbox by right-clicking the folder and then clicking Copy or Move, you may experience the following symptoms:
To work around this issue, use one of the following methods:
Note When you repeatedly copy or move a folder between mailboxes, the folder may lose several properties. For example, the original data regarding the date and time of the mail items will be replaced with the date and time of the copy action or the move action.
