The Outlook Connector is not compatible with Nelson Email Organizer

You cannot use Nelson Email Organizer on Microsoft Office Outlook Connector mailbox folders or on Microsoft Office Outlook Connector for MSN mailbox folders. However, if you have other e-mail accounts that are not accessed through the Outlook Connector, you can use Nelson Email Organizer to manage and create subfolders in those accounts.

This issue occurs because the Outlook Connector is not compatible with Nelson Email Organizer. Nelson Email Organizer was designed to work with the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino.

Nelson Email Organizer creates subfolders in an account mailbox. The Outlook Connector does not support subfolders for Web-based e-mail accounts.
