Reminders for items in your Hotmail or MSN calendar do not occur in Outlook 2002 or in Outlook 2003

If you set a reminder for a task, an appointment, or a meeting in your MSN Hotmail or MSN, The Microsoft Network, calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2002 or in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, the reminder does not occur.

This issue occurs when your Hotmail or MSN account is a secondary account in Microsoft Outlook. For example, if your primary account is a Microsoft Exchange account, reminders that are set for a secondary account do not occur.
