SYMPTOMS

When you configure an unattended Remote Installation Services (RIS)-based setup to install Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2), the Setup program cannot set the time zone to the West Central Africa region.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information
