Picture options on the Insert menu are unavailable in FrontPage 2002

When you click Picture on the Insert menu in Microsoft FrontPage 2002, some options are unavailable. The following are examples of some of the options that are unavailable:

• New Drawing
• AutoShapes
• WordArt
• Video

This issue may occur when the browser compatibility settings in FrontPage 2002 are not correctly configured for your computer.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Start FrontPage 2002.
2. On the Tools menu, click Page Options.
3. Click the Compatibility tab.
4. In the Browsers list, click Microsoft Internet Explorer only.
5. In the Browsers Versions list, click 5.0 browsers and later.
6. Click OK.
