Instrumentation (WMI) class in Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003,
the SMS hardware inventory process stops. contains an empty or corrupted entry. Note This problem also occurs if other WMI classes that are queried or collected contain an empty or corrupted entry during the SMS hardware inventory process. RESOLUTIONService pack informationTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Systems Management Server 2003.
