You copy and paste shapes from your Microsoft Office Visio 2003 drawing or from your Microsoft Visio 2002 drawing to a Microsoft Word 2002 document. Then, you print the Word 2002 document to Adobe Acrobat to convert the document to a Portable Document Format (PDF) format. When you view the PDF document, the text that is in Microsoft Visio shapes is displayed incorrectly. Additionally, you experience one or both of the following symptoms:
CAUSEThis issue may occur if the Print
Quality option in Adobe Acrobat is set to a setting that is higher than 600 dots per inch (dpi).
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, set the PDF Print Quality option to the 600 dpi setting. To do this, follow these steps:
