On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen the destination queue on an IBM MQSeries server is full, the Microsoft BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries 2.0 may not send messages to the destination queue as expected. You may receive a Warning event message in the Event Viewer that is similar to the following: Event Type: Warning Event Source: BizTalk Server 2004 Event Category: BizTalk Server 2004 Event ID: 5743 Description: The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port "sendportname". It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details: "Unknown Error Description ". When this problem occurs, you do not receive an error message. The message appears as Active in the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Health and Activity Tracking (HAT) tool. Additionally, a delivery notification for the failed transmission is not transmitted.RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Details: "Error encountered on Queue.put Queue name = queuename Reason code = 2053.". Note In this error message, portname is the name of the send port.
