You may receive an "Access Denied" error message when all the following conditions are true:
Even though you receive this error message, the updates that you made to the values of the attributes on the user objects are not fully applied. You will see the newly updated values in the attributes of the users the next time that you log on.

Note This error message is only received for the user whose mailbox is enabled.
