SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

You accept a meeting request by using a client application that is in online mode. The online client can be Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, a Collaboration Data Objects (CDO)-based application, such as a Research In Motion (RIM) BlackBerry product, or another application.
You are running Outlook 2003 in offline mode.
You use Outlook 2003 to delete the accepted meeting request.
When synchronization occurs between the Outlook 2003 client that is running in offline mode and the server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server, the accepted meeting request is deleted. Additionally, the meeting is removed from your Calendar.
