When Internet Authentication Service receives an unknown attribute in a packet, a Windows Server 2003-based Internet Authentication Service server stops responding

SYMPTOMS

A Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based Microsoft Internet Authentication Service (IAS) server stops responding when IAS receives an unknown attribute in a packet.

Also, the following event message may appear in the Application log in Event Viewer:

Description:

STATUS
