INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to set Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005 to prompt each attendee for his or her e-mail address and company name when attendees join a meeting in Live Meeting.

To set Live Meeting to prompt each attendee for his or her e-mail address and company name, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to your meeting as an organizer.
  2. In the left pane, click Meetings under Manage.
  3. In the Subject column of the list of meetings, click the meeting that you want to request each attendee's e-mail address and company name for.
  4. On the Meeting Details page, click Meeting Options.
  5. On the Meeting Options page, click Request e-mail address and company name under Extended Registration.
  6. Click OK.
