FIX: The receive locations do not accept the newly submitted documents when you deploy a new version of a pipeline assembly in BizTalk Server 2004

Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, you deploy a new version of a pipeline assembly. The pipeline assembly contains the needed schema and the pipeline that specifies the schema. In this scenario, the receive locations that reference an earlier version of the pipeline assembly do not accept the newly submitted documents. Additionally, an event that resembles the following is logged in the Application log:

Description:
There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "ApprovalWorkflowSchemas.PollUpdatedServiceApprovalTasks" Source: "XML disassembler" Receive Location: "SQL://<ComputerName>/UserAdmDb/biztalk_PollUpdatedServiceApprovalTasks_1.8.1256.0" Reason: This Disassembler cannot retrieve document specification by using this name: "ApprovalWorkflowSchemas.biztalk_PollUpdatedServiceApprovalTasks_Envelope".

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. You must install BizTalk Server 2004 Service Pack 1 (SP1) before you apply this hotfix.

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
